Subscription terms
General framework
L'accès aux services fournis sur le site guichet-societes.com est subordonné à la création d'un compte client et à la souscription à un abonnement mensuel. En validant l'inscription et en activant le service, le client reconnaît avoir pris connaissance des présentes modalités et les accepter sans réserve. Cette acceptation se manifeste par une case à cocher lors du processus d'inscription.
Subscription description
The offer consists of two formulas:
- Member Plan (free): limited access to certain documents such as company profile, SIRENE notice and VAT number.
- Pro offer: monthly subscription to 69 € TTC, allowing access to all services on the site, with a limit of 15 KBIS extracts per month. The rest of the documents is accessible without restriction.
A two-day trial period is offered for €1.49 TTC. Without termination at the end of this period, the Pro subscription is automatically renewed.
Registration procedure
To subscribe, the client must:
- Provide a professional email address and company details (corporate name or SIRET).
- Create a confidential password.
- Choose a subscription formula.
- Accept the ToS.
- Proceed with online payment via bank card.
Account validation is effective upon receipt of payment. The client is required to keep their information up to date in their personal space.
Payment
Payment is due upon subscription, by bank card, via a secure interface. In case of transaction refusal, the order is cancelled. Invoices are available in the client area.
Withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services provided immediately and with the express consent of the professional client. By accepting service execution before the expiry of the 14-day period, the client waives their right of withdrawal.
Termination
The subscription can be terminated at any time from the personal space or from the site's home page. Termination takes effect immediately. No refund is granted for a month already started.
Refund
As the services offered by guichet-societes.com are mostly accessible immediately after order validation (including access to documents or digital information tools), no refund will be granted once the service has started or been completed, except in case of proven malfunction attributable to the Service Provider.
In case of technical anomaly or error during the execution of a service, the Client can contact customer support at support@guichet-societes.com within 7 days following the order, to formulate a motivated complaint. Each request will be subject to an individualized analysis.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse a refund if the service was provided correctly, in accordance with the Client's order.

Applicable law
These terms are subject to English law. In case of dispute, only the French and English versions of the conditions are authoritative.
